Representative Matters

HVAC Equipment Manufacturer Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County. On behalf of a Fortune 500 manufacturer, we defended a products liability claim brought by a local school district relating to an alleged malfunctioning HVAC system. By proving that the installer botched the installation, we were able to settle the case for a nominal sum.

Manufacturing Company Superior Court of New Jersey, Warren County. We represented the purchaser of a manufacturing company with regard to claims that the seller misrepresented the condition of the real estate and engaged in fraud in the sale of the business. We successfully obtained a favorable settlement for our client through mediation.
