Partner Vanessa Kelly speaks at a program hosted by New Jersey's Institute of Continuing Legal Education, The Corporate Counsel Institute, in New Brunswick, New Jersey on creating effective employment policies.
She will be presenting to a group of 150 in-house attorneys about creating dynamic employment policies and practices designed to limit exposure to lawsuits for discrimination and harrasment.
She will also be discussing new training models for employers for effective leadership and ethical decision-making. Relying on studies by Gallop and others, Ms. Kelly will also talk about the success employers have had with diversity programs and employee satisfaction and retention.

Partner Greg Schwartz won $1 million at trial against an insurer for asbestos claims. The Insurer denied coverage and sought to rescind the contract of insurance after 13 years.
