The Americans With Disabilities Act was amended, effective January 1, 2009, substantially broadening its coverage.  The effect of the amendments will require employers to make reasonable accommodations for a greater percentage of their workforce.

Scott Baldassano, Esq. is a graduate of New York Law School, who is an experienced litigator with solid courtroom and trial experience. He represents cutting-edge art, sports and music companies, providing decision-making support and corporate legal counseling.

Eric Greene, our new Legal Assistant, is a graduate of Lafayette College with a major in Government and Law. Eric’s legal experience includes working for the firm of Florio, Perrucci, Steinhardt and Fader, LLC in Phillipsburg and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
