Experience: Gregory Schwartz has over 15 years of complex litigation and business counseling experience. Focus: Mr. Schwartz focuses on litigation against insurance companies on behalf of policyholders; complex commercial litigation on behalf of closely-held and publicly-traded corporations; and construction, environmental, and general business counseling and litigation. Admissions: Mr. Schwartz is admitted in New Jersey and New York, including the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to the Second and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Activities: Mr. Schwartz is a past subcommittee co-chair of the Insurance Coverage Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation. Education: Mr. Schwartz received his juris doctorate from Seton Hall University, cum laude. Vanessa Kelly

Vanessa Kelly
Experience: Vanessa Kelly is experienced in representing employers for their employment needs. She has expertise in handling all aspects of employment and restrictive covenant litigation, including trials. In addition to her trial work, Ms. Kelly has achieved summary judgment orders in multiple cases in state and f ederal courts and has obtained injunctive relief for employers to enforce restrictive covenants. Focus: Ms. Kelly provides training on federal and state employment laws and helps new and growing businesses develop their essential human resource policies and practices. Admissions: Ms. Kelly is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey, New York and Arizona, and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the District Court of New Jersey, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of Arizona. Activities: Ms. Kelly chairs the Women in the Profession Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is active in the Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association. Education: Ms. Kelly received her juris doctorate degree from the George Washington University-National Law Center, in Washington, DC. Hobbies and Philosophy: In her spare time, Ms. Kelly enjoys scuba diving in the Caribbean, hiking and camping in the Rockies, and the less extreme hobbies of gardening, painting and cooking.
